This is my culminating project for the Gateway Course of the Sweetland Minor in Writing. Since applying to the minor program, I have had time to reflect on my work and the reason why I write. The gateway process led me to look from the outside in, as a spectator of my own process. Below is the very journey I took during the Winter Semester of 2016, beginning with my first piece under "Repurposing." It is a personal essay. With the "Repurposing" project, I took the topic of my Greek heritage and was able to present it in a more creative way. The "Remediation" portion allowed me to do that process once more and create a totally different project based off of my initial personal essay.

Finally, we were asked to articulate why, as students, we thought we were writers. I attempted to do so, realizing now that I am still quite unsure if there is any one reason I can give you at this point in my life. Please peruse my e-portfolio and learn about the process I went through to articulate my Greek-American identity.

In addition, my final project from the Winter Semester of 2018 is linked below next to the "Contact" tab. That is a music news site I created as a senior.
